I know… Easter has been over for 2 weeks. I’m just getting around to it now… please forgive me.
We ended up having a very nice Easter. We hadn’t planned anything for Easter… just really left things happen and went with them. Our son went away to Youth Convention for a couple of days with our church. (from Thursday to early Saturday morning) Our youngest daughter went with her grandparents for the week. So, on Saturday, the day before Easter we had to drive a couple of hours to pick her up. Our oldest daughter had to work, so she had to stay home alone. The joys of being a working woman!
Our day on Saturday was very nice. My brother and his family just purchased a camper and were excited to get out camping. So, they met my parents and they spent the weekend camping. We drove down on Saturday to get our daughter. We spent the afternoon there and had dinner with them. My brother knows how to cook meat! He made filet mignon over the fire. It was fantastic. Melted in my mouth and makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
